I thought I would share a few more pics from around the campground so you can see how pretty it is here. The views are quite something. If you get the really good campsites you can see almost the whole of COS on one side and Cheyenne Mountain on your other. I have already shared a pic of Cheyenne Mt, so here are a couple taken from the other direction.
And one of some of the campsites.
We ventured out today to find a farmers market. It was rather small and we did get a couple of things. It was in Memorial Park - very nice park.
And finally for lunch we went to a restaurant that we talked about going to on our last two visits here. We made it there this time. Say outside since the weather was so nice. (Sorry to rub it in fellow Texans). It is a REAL German restaurant, so if you decide to try Edwlweiss be prepared. For instance a salad is not a typical salad. It was pretty tasty, but different. The schnitzel was good and tender.
First, the brochen.
This was my plate (forgot to take photo before munching). Note the salad to the right 0.o
And Buck had a roast beef sandwich. He said it and the aus jus was good. I tasted the fries and I give them a thumbs up.
